This open, studio cottage features a full kitchen, fireplace, and ocean views from the living room and kitchen. Just around the dividing wall is a queen bed with access to the private back deck with forest views. *No cleaning fees. There is a $30 per pet per night fee that is NOT included in the room rate. The property has 11 stand alone, private cottages with ocean and garden views, full kitchens and living room spaces on 2 acres. The small courtyard in the center of the property has a meadow and patio area with a firepit and BBQ (weather and season permitting). This cottage is lifted and has many steps leading to the entrance. Guests will have access to the interior of the cottage, private deck, and property grounds. Innkeepers are located at Inn at Schoolhouse Creek, one mile away, and are available from 8 am to 8 pm for questions, requests, and anything else you may need. The town of Little River, Ca is just three miles south of Mendocino. There is a small market and gas station and a restaurant at the Little River Inn. It is a very rural area with lots of wildlife, dirt roads, and quiet, star filled nights. This area does not have public transport, taxis, ubers, or lyfts available. Guests have to drive off property for food and activities. Up to two pets allowed per cottage. Nightly pet fee of $30 per pet not included in the rate and to be collected prior to check-in. Our pet kit includes a pet bed, towel, sheet, bowls, treats and other surprises.
