Middleton Barn is a fabulously comfortable venue

A brand new barn conversion with ground floor bedroom and wet room and disabled friendly thoughout. Situated on our small family farm overlooking Milton Abbas and its quaint thatched cottages and within walking distance of the village pub and beautiful Milton Abbey. The space Middleton Barn is a truly comfortable family space. The rooms are light and airy with a great woodburner for winter evenings in the large sitting room. Wonderful views, great walking in areas of outstanding natural beauty and the new hot tub will be bubbling by the 1st April 2019. Although on a working farm the area is clean and tidy and we are always very happy to show guests around the horses and sheep. Watch the racehorses on the gallops during the winter months and catch a glimpse of lambing in April. Guest access The truly wonderful Jurassic coast is only 40 minutes away and some amazing places to visit including the Purbecks, Swanage and Kimmeridge for fossil hunting. The Tank Museum at Bovington and Monkey World close by are also big favourites. Other things to note There are a number of local festivals by the sea and inland. The Great Dorset Steam Fair in August, The Dorset County Show in September and the beautiful Oak Fair at Stock Gaylard over August bank holiday.
