Unique studio unit. Separate to main dwelling with own access and self contained. A lovely light and airy space originally designed as an artists studio. Space includes queen bed, two comfortable chairs, small fridge with tea and coffee bench, and shower and toilet. Access to laundry facilities in main house if required. 1 minute walk to beach, 1 min. drive or 10 minute walk to large selection of restaurants in Orewa. Five minutes from motorway, 30 minutes from Harbour bridge. Guest access The unit is self contained other than laundry facilities which are available in the main house. Off street parking is available and guests have access to a range of kayaks to use at the beach. Other things to note Please note that access to the unit is via stairs and is not suitable for people with mobility issues. Breakfast comprises self help fruit, cereal, and yoghurt in the unit. The unit does not have facilities to cook. Coffee and tea making facilities are also in the unit. Many local restaurants and cafes are open for breakfast if something more substantial is required.
