Conveniently located near the EAA grounds with all the amenities you are looking for. The space 2 Bedroom 1 Bath duplex (upper) located about 4 miles from the convention grounds. 1 king bed, 2 twin beds. Entire house will sleep 4 comfortably. Additional guests are welcome to use air mattresses or sleep on the couch. About 1200sq ft. All of the amenities you need including: Washer & Dryer Full kitchen Gas grill on deck Towels & linens Wifi Living room with 55'' TV (with Netflix, Cable, HBO) One car attached garage and driveway for parking. We could provide the use of bicycles- 2 adult (would need to provide deposit) Very close to golf course and park. Non-smoking house. We do have a dog, and would allow well trained pets to stay.
