The closed area of the complex, developed infrastructure and convenient access to the city make the stay comfortable and safe. In the apartment: double bed kitchen with electric stove and necessary utensils bathroom with shower and hot water WiFi air conditioning full set of household appliances, including a hairdryer For guests, we have prepared: clean linen from a professional laundry towels slippers, soap and toilet paper Guest access Guests use the entire apartment without any restrictions. Also available is the enclosed area of the Comfort Town residential complex, where cafes, restaurants, shops, beauty salons, a fitness club, and walking areas are located. Parking: free on the premises of the complex (until 6 p.m. there are usually places) Additional free and guarded parking lots are outside the premises There is a shelter next to the entrance. Other things to note Check-in & checkout times • Standard check-in — from 14:00 • Standard check-out — before 12 PM Admin Business hours • Our workers work from 09:00 - 17:00 • At this time you can be checked in by the receptionist • If check-in is after 5:00 p.m. or before 9:00 a.m., you can get the keys yourself according to our instructions. Early Check In • Check-in before 14:00 is possible only with prior approval • If the apartment needs to be occupied earlier, you can order an early check-in • Early check-in cost — half of the daily rate • If the apartment is available in the morning, we inform the guest and can check in early for FREE (if possible) Late check out • Check out after 12pm only by prior arrangement • Late check-out cost: — until 5:00 p.m. — an additional half of the cost of the day — after 5:00 p.m. — additionally the full cost of the day Important • Early check-in and late check-out must be agreed before booking to avoid misunderstandings • If the guest does not clarify, the standard time of 2pm / 12pm applies • On the day of check-in, we send instructions on how to get the keys ----------- • A reservation may be declined if a guest's review history indicates a violation of rules or property risks. • Celebrations & Pets — with prior approval.
