A spiral staircase leads you to a large loft master suite with a king sized bed and second full bath. All linens and bath towels are provided. There are 32 beach access points and the closest one to our home is only a short 3 minute walk. The house comes with a golf cart and resort passes to Fripp Island Resort. Resort passes MUST be purchased at time of booking. The Resort now charges a 12.8% resort fee (of rental rate) to purchase the Resort cards together with a fee per card ranging from $35 to $50 per card. Resort cards are necessary to access the pools, golf course, restaurants, and Tennis. The cards are not necessary to access the island store or to access the beach. The kitchen provides all you need to dine in and cook fantastic local seafood and produce. We have a Nespresso Vertuo and Keurig as well as a traditional coffee pot. All appliances are supplied as well as ample supply of new dishes. Cable TV and Internet are of course included. New 43" Smart TV, DVD player, and Roku stick for streaming your favorite movies.
