I am located 2 kilometres from the well known newly revamped Scarborough beach, in close proximity to local bars, cafes and other beautiful beaches. Karrinyup shopping centre is also 2km away. My place is a modern, spacious two storey house in the heart of Scarborough. Plenty of room to give you privacy. It would best suit solo travellers or couples. The base rate is set for either 1-2 guests occupying a queen size bedroom. The space The downstairs area includes the guests bedroom, living space, laundry, outdoor patio with a swimming pool (opened for swimming in summer) Owners main living rooms are located upstairs. Guest access You will have access to your own downstairs queen size bedroom, own bathroom and toilet. Also shared living area, laudry and beautiful outdoor bali style patio. Mini fridge, coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, kettle, cups are available for use in the bedroom. Owner is occupying mainly upstairs area with own seperate bedroom/bathroom but sometimes working from home from an office located downstairs. During your stay I am happy to interact with guests but also happy to give you full privacy if you prefer.
