Totnes home with a great view

There are two small rooms at the top of the house, one with a double bed and the other a single. Both rooms have windows front and back that are full of light and sometimes even sun! The single room can be used for a guest or as a sitting room and space to leave bags. This is where I will leave a kettle with tea and coffee. The plant filled landing that connect the rooms has stairs down to the rest of the house and the bathroom for guests use only. The space Our house is in a small terrace with a garden at the front and back. Guest access We do not have off road parking but space is usually available on the street outside the house. The road is a cul-de-sac and so is quiet. It is about a 5 minute walk to the river and just a little more to the shops, bars and cafes. We have a key safe that can be used and we will give you the code once you arrive. During your stay We will hopefully be here when you arrive, but if not we have a key safe. I will give you the combination shortly before you arrive. Other things to note I will be pleased to give you a continental style breakfast in the kitchen/dining room overlooking the back garden. Among other things I can offer locally made artisan bread and home made marmalade and jam. Towards the end of the summer, you can try my home-grown tomatoes - delicious with olive oil and garlic!
