Apartment is located in the unique Maltese City Gzira a central town with restaurants, bars and lots of things to see and do, and very close to other major cities like Sliema, St Julians, Valetta, conveniently located close to the night clubs of Sliema, the views of Capital and incredible swimming spots all around. A minute walking distance to the Mediterranean sea and Sliema public Ferry. Two minutes walking distance to historical Manoel island or Known as Fort Manoel built in 1726. The space Privet Room 2 is located at three bedroom Shared apartment, on the level one, is well furnished, is a double bedroom with two single beds. Apartment Has full kitchen, full bathroom with shower/laundry , living room and lovely balcony which are shared with other guests. Apartment is accessible by stairs or elevator. You can feel relaxing vibe once you enter apartment, you can enjoy working or studding from home with high speed wifi and smart features of the apartment. Guest access Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day, you can come and go as you like and there is an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with, just remember the passwords or check on the profile of the room. During your stay It’s Likely you won’t see me during your stay, which allows you more privacy and convenience. However I’m always available and here anytime you need to reach out. Other things to note Please Note: 1.every plug at the apartment has small switch, what you have to switch on while using it and switch it of after. 2.please don’t unplug wifi Router to reboot it, you will damage system, as the apartment is smart home. 3.to use the AC u have to switch it on from the plug and switch it of after using like any other electrical device while not at the room or apartment. 4.please check the profile of the room for instructions and follow them. 5.please clean the dishes with detergent after using them, respect other guests. 6.bathroom 1 is shared with other guests, please always keep it clean after using, respect other guests. 7. Using hot water at the bathroom: 15 minutes Before taking shower, you have to switch on water heater from the switch, and switch it off after using it.
