The Annexe is self contained with its own entrance for 2 guests in a quiet road with off-road parking. Excellent location close to Broadstone shops including an M&S Foodhall, restaurants, pub and cafes. It is also an ideal location for Poole Ferry Port (4 miles), trips to the beach or exploring the countryside. Bus 5 mins. It comprises of large kitchen/diner, living room, bedroom with king size bed & separate walk-in shower room. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, golfers and seaside activities. The space Guests have sole use of The Annexe and a part of the rear garden has been fenced for your own private use. The driveway is shared by us as our cars are in the garage. The two chairs outside The Annexe entrance are for guests to use. Guest access The drive is is the only shared part of the property with car parking available for Guests at the front. A part of the rear garden has been fenced off for your use only. Other things to note Our location is ideal for exploring the Jurassic Coast and the Dorset countryside.
