The space Former outbuilding of a completely renovated farmhouse, this house has on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, 4-burners cooking table, oven, microwave), a living area with 2 sofas, TV, satellite DTT, DVD player, a bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine corner office/reading separates the 2 bedrooms one with a bed of 2 people, the other with 2 beds of one person. You also have a private enclosed courtyard, a terrace equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue and a green space. Located between La Roche-Posay and Châtellerault in a locality, you can enjoy the calm of the countryside and recharge during your spa, a stay at the thermal spa or to visit the region. The geographical location at the crossroads of 3 departments allows you to enjoy the tourist wealth of the Vienna Futuroscope country, the historical heritage of the Indre et Loire by visiting the Touraine du Sud and nature discoveries in L'Indre with the Brenne Regional Natural Park. Other things to note The cleaning must be done at the end of the stay or a cleaning package of 40€ will be paid for any cleaning not done.
