Il Balzolo

"Il balzolo" is an ancient terrace renovated in a small village almost uninhabited. Away from the noise of civilization, you can wake up to the sound of birds and see an incredible amount of stars. It can accommodate up to 7 people. The space "Il balzolo" is a rooftop that develops for 4 floors. The entrance is on the first floor, which is accessed from the street floor by a flight of stone stairs, which lead to the panoramic terrace. The second floor consists of a large living room with fireplace and kitchenette. The fireplace is perfectly functional, and there is also a wood-burning oven where you can prepare pizzas. On the same level there is also a closet and the large bathroom with shower. The floor consists of original wooden boards from the time. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, the floor is made of original wooden planks. On the top floor there is another very large bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. On the same level there is also a small bathroom equipped with a sink and toilet. On the ground floor there is a service room with a washing machine, additional refrigerator and freezer, and wood to turn on the fireplace. Guest access A small detached garden at the back of the house is available to guests, arranged with an umbrella, deck chairs and sun loungers.
