3-room apartment (125 square meters) with fireplace and two bedrooms on 2 levels (duplex) + balcony. Downstairs is the living room with TV/couch corner, dining area with pull-out table. There is a fully equipped kitchen + dining area. Here is the bedroom with double bed (180 × 200 cm), wardrobe, dressers, etc. and full bathroom. Upstairs there is an open bedroom with 2 single beds and large wardrobe as well as a toilet/sink. A sofa bed (145 × 185) and 1 mobile guest bed are available. The space For a feel-good stay in the enchanting Harz Mountains, our Haus Sanssouci invites you to go hiking, mountain biking, swimming, take a motorcycle ride or go cross-country skiing, skiing and sledding. Enjoy peace and quiet in the countryside and be enchanted by the beauty of nature and the beautiful location with a unique view. Relax and unwind by our pond. In the kitchen, a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker and various inventory are available. Alpaca hikes/grazing time can be booked separately. Discounts for house guests are possible. Please request this separately via the Sanssouci Alpakas Oberharz. Fireplace use only during the heating season when it is below 10 degrees. Wood can be purchased on site (5 euros). Other things to note The city of Oberharz charges a tourist tax of 2.50 euros per adult/per night. This includes free use of public transport and certain discounts. This is paid in cash on site. Linen package (bed linens and towels) 15 euros per person in addition if needed.
