King Bed Beach Condo With Two Pools

Cross the street and there's the beach! In a 40 unit complex with two pools, Condo Mara is a large 1 bedroom unit set between 5th Avenue and the beach right on beautiful 38th street. Next to the beach. Quiet pools. On the most beautiful street in town. Could you ask for anything more? The space Condo Mara sleeps four comfortably. 1 King-sized bed and 1 Queen-sized Murphy bed. No one has to sleep on a futon or pull-out couch! :-) Condo Mara is in a relaxed 40 unit apartment complex called Pueblito Escondido. People are not packed in like you are at a resort. The entire complex is spacious. Exit the building's East end gate, cross the quiet street, and you are on sand. :-) The wide open ocean awaits. 2 blocks from 5th Avenue – some of the best shopping, entertainment, and dining in all of Mexico. A full sized kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Prepare full meals and cocktails. All pots, pans, dishes, small appliances, and utensils are provided. There are currently three on-site restaurants. A Greek restaurant, an Italian restaurant and Vagabunda - a popular Mexican style restaurant with live entertainment. Dine in or order in. Right to the roof top pool if you like. There is an on-site Oxxo convenience store for all those last minute items. (Similar to a 7/11) A handy stop before the beach. A family friendly ground pool with a large deck area for relaxing, playing, or tanning. A large poolside dinning and prep space for families to eat and have fun. A magnificent ‘Adults Only' roof-top deck with Infinity pool overlooking the spectacular Caribbean sea. Wow! What a view! TIP: Bring your own food and drinks or order in - right to the roof-top dining area. Nearby hip affordable restaurants and bars set amongst tropical vegetation - right on gorgeous lower 38th Street. A king-sized pillow-top bed. So comfy and quiet. Sleep comfortably in a Queen size Murphy bed in the living area. No hard futon or pull-out couch in this unit. I want my guests comfortable. ***We have a crib available. It is not stored within the unit. If you need a crib please let me know ahead of time. Thanks.*** Black out curtains on all windows to maximize your sleep. A generous closet off the bedroom with plenty of storage. A large modern bathroom with a double-sized shower. All bath and beach towels provided. A full-service elevator to all floors including that beautiful roof-top deck and Infinity pool. Easy to control ‘in-ceiling' air conditioning. It works really well. A flat screen cable TV and a DVD player. 2 full length mirrors. One in the dining room and one in the closet area. A safety deposit box. A common laundry room off the garage. (For an small extra fee.) New: We have installed a washer and dryer inside the condo. We are the first unit in the building to offer this amenity!!! :-) A quick check in. No running around looking for the rental office. Simply ask for your access code in the 24 hour lobby and you're on your way. My price includes free electricity. My daily rate also includes a free cleaning after you check out. Street parking is available. Also, subject to availability, there are parking spaces in the covered garage. A nominal charge of about $4 USD per day is charged. Price subject to change. Let me know if you want a garage space and I’ll contact management to see if I can reserve a space for you. Guest access Once you are checked in you have access to everything any guest has! Two pools, deck areas etc.. Other things to note The Murphy bed will be stripped of sheets and blankets when the number of guests is 2 or less. If this assumption is incorrect we will happily have the bed made up for you. It is “adults only” because it is located on the edge of the roof top which is potentially dangerous for young children and teenagers. The beautiful ground pool is for everyone. Please follow all posted pool rules. We offer a grocery option. If you like, someone from my team will go grocery shopping for you. You simply fill out a pre-made spreadsheet and they go shopping. A couple things to keep in mind though. They add a % fee to each item and charge $25 USD for the service. (Price is subject to change.) It is somewhat expensive, but for some guests it's worth it. I feel I have to be explicit about this since it is a bit confusing to some... I am offering my condo/Mexican home for rent. It is NOT a hotel room. Some of the units in the building used to be rented as hotel rooms. Now all units are simply residential apartments with a 24 hour front desk. Like anyone's home for rent in Playa Del Carmen, no free daily cleaning services is provided. I do provide free cleaning when you check out. (I want to make sure it is nice and clean for my next guests of course.) If you book MORE than a week I will pay for a "mid-stay" cleaning. With a couple day's notice, I will notify my team as to when you would like them to clean. Otherwise, if you would like your unit cleaned during your stay there is a $40.00 USD fee.
