Located West of the Hudson River and South of Kingston. It is the perfect balance of modern conveniences and thoughtful nature retreat. Hike at some of the most beautiful nature preserves. A 3 min walk to Shaupeneak Ridge park and a 2 min drive Black Creek preserve. Esopus offers a cornucopia for nature lovers. Some of the most stunning vistas, stretching to the Hudson River. Centrally located it's a short ride to restaurants, events, galleries, wineries, orchards, shopping and more. The space Our cottage has a main living room, kitchen space, a sizable deck, 2 bedrooms and a side room of the master with an extra single bed. There's tables and chairs for lounging on the deck plus a grill and a fire pit off the side. There are two bedrooms both with queen-sized beds, one bedroom is on the larger side and the other is more decadent and cozy. The living room has a post modern decor and the house is equip with a Nespresso coffee maker, Smart TV, with wifi and bluetooth connect and a washer/dryer. Guest access This cottage is a 3 min walk to Shaupeneak Ridge park and a 2 min drive Black Creek preserve. Both open to the public and with ample free parking. Shaupeneak Ridge Park has a gorgeous lake named Louise, excellent hiking trails with a beautiful loop around Lake. Black Creek preserve also has notable hiking trials with a vast expanse forests and steep stream valleys in the Lehigh River Watershed. Both trials can led to views of the Hudson River. There’s an array of activities in these parks which include walking, hiking, trail running, picnicking, kayaking, bird watching, fishing and excellent for mountain-biking. This location is also minutes from many wineries, farms and orchards. Just to name a few Hudson Distillery, West Park Wine Cellars, Apple Bin farm market, Maynard Farms. Even a haunted house (Headless horse man) that host halloween and Christmas activities. After a day of activities there's a farm to table restaurant called End Cut that's 3 min drive from the cottage is that’s highly recommended. If you want a more in town experience, it's centrally located 14 min drive from Kingston, Hyde Park, approximately 25 mins from Saugerties and Woodstock where there's many coffee shops, restaurants, music, shopping, spas, galleries, museums, events, theaters.
