The space Bright recently renovated two-room apartment, located just 100 m from the Torre Pedrera seafront, Casa Sciroc is located on the 2nd floor with lift (opening 55 cm) and is equipped with: - living room with kitchenette: - double bedroom; - bathroom with shower and bidet; - 2 small terraces on the kitchen and bedroom. It can accommodate 4 guests: - 2 in the double bed in the room - 2 on the sofa bed in the living room This will guarantee maximum independence even with the sofa open, ready to be used as a second double bed. Guest access The entire apartment is available for guests' use. Other things to note WORRY-FREE PARKING 30 m away: In the summer, reserved parking space in a partner car park, low rate, completely fenced, accessible to guests 24 hours a day. SHOPS: Supermarket, restaurants and shops within walking distance in a few minutes. BEACH DISCOUNT: 10% in the partner establishment 100 m away.
