Home in Asfendiou

The house is located in Asfendiou, a picturesque and quiet village near Zia. It was built in 1923 and has been renovated in a way to combine both traditional and modern style. The terrace overlooks the Aegean Sea and gives a great sunset view. Around 25 min. away from Kos town and 20 min. away from the airport. You can reach the beach only by car in 10-15 min. In any case, renting a vehicle of your choice is highly recommended to make the best of your stay in Kos. Other things to note *Not recommended for people taller than 185cm because of the low ceiling and the 190cm long double bed. *Since the terrace has no handrail, the house is not appropriate for kids under 12 years old.
