Stone house in ancient village near downtown

A unique place for your vacation: the accommodation occupies the ground floor of a 19th-century stone house, carefully restored while maintaining the spirit and materials of the place. Each piece of furniture and garden has its own story, without sacrificing any modern comfort. The place is quiet, set in a small village and still a 5-minute drive from the center of Pietrasanta and 10 from the beaches of Versilia. The Apuan Alps are a stone's throw away, Pisa, Lucca and Florence are a short distance away. The space The entrance from the garden is independent, it opens onto the living room with a kitchenette equipped with a sofa bed. A hallway leads to the bathroom with a large shower and to the bedroom, which can accommodate a double bed or two single beds. The laundry is separate, in a small house in front of the entrance. Guest access The nearest highway exit is Versilia, about 5 km away. The nearest train station is Pietrasanta, which can be reached by bus. The property has private parking that can be used to load/unload suitcases, and free parking is available in the immediate vicinity.
