The house is perfect for two families and the kiddos. Quiet, safe and accessible neighborhood. We call it home when we can and share it with the right folks to enjoy. The space My wife and I built this home, originally designed to be a one story art studio. In it's new location, we've added a second story (to go along with a loft area) for a master bedroom. There's also a small perch off of the master bedroom for one or two people to enjoy the view. The custom pecan bar was milled by our brother, Matt, who is co-owner of the company, Urban Sawyers in Austin. The floors downstairs are bamboo and reclaimed long leaf pine.
