The space We designed this apartment from start to finish and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. All the fixtures, furnishings and appliances are high end and brand new. When you arrive at our property just proceed down the driveway and through the back gate. There you will be greeted with a lush garden with comfortable patio seating. The entrance to the apartment is adjacent to the patio. Once inside, you’ll find the kitchen to your immediate right. The kitchen features all brand new high end appliances, including full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, gas range, refrigerator, microwave, and in sink garbage disposal. Proceeding down the hall, the bathroom will be on your left through a stylish sliding barn-wood door. A bedroom with a double sized bed will be straight ahead. Turning to the right you’ll proceed into a spacious dining and living room. The marble dining room table features seating for six and the 55” HD Smart TV will allow you to sign into Netflix, Disney Plus, and Amazon Prime. Off of the living room, you’ll find the other private bedroom featuring a queen sized bed and spacious closet. Guest access The entire apartment is private with its own separate entrance. There is a garden patio which is shared with us. Other things to note We kindly ask that you do not wear shoes inside the house. Also there are no pets or smoking permitted on the premises. Parties or loud social gatherings are not permitted and use of the outdoor patio is prohibited after 9pm to avoid potential noise complaints from our neighbors. There is a driveway at the premises but the parking is reserved, so please no parking in the driveway unless you have specific permission.
