The space The ground floor offers a comfortable living space to relax after a long day. It has a double bed couch, with privacy dividers making it easy to turn this space into a private and relaxing third bedroom. The first floor has a family bathroom (WC, Double sink/vanity unit, and double shower), the master bedroom with queen size double bed and ensuite WC, Vanity and Shower. The shower offers views over the lake with compete privacy! The second bedroom can be used as a second double or as a twin. It has a built in wardrobe, desk space and vanity unit. THe first floor also boats a stunning 8m long balcony spanning the front of the property with incredible views over the old town and the lake. The third floor offers a large fully fitted family kitchen with kitchen island for dining up to 8 guests. It provides a small childrens recreational corner for reading stories or playing lego and a third WC is provided with sink and vanity. Thats only leave the incredible roof terrace. The modern Glass walls in the kitchen already invite you out to enjoy the breathtaking views of the Lake and it mountains. Whatever time of year, these incredible landscape will never cease to amaze. You simply need to see it with you own eyes. Guest access Our solution offers you an entire house to yourself. With its own private entrance guests have the option to come and go as they please - we would like our guests to feel it is their 'home away from home' during their stay. The roof terrace with its stunning views of the Lake is exclusive to our guests during their stay, providing an outside space that is cleverly protected to ensure privacy and ensure safety for young children. Other things to note We are very flexible hosts that enjoy to work with our guests to ensure they get the best out of their stay.
