RATES: 3 to 6 nights: Php3400/night Weekly: Php20230/week (PLUS electricity bill) Monthly: Php48960month (PLUS electricity bill) Swim band is needed to gain access to the beach amenities... costs 250pesos per pax per shift. For 2 WEEKS and other LONGER stays, SWIM BAND is FREE... *Morning Shift : 7am to 12noon Afternoon Shift : 2pm to 7pm Pool/beach will be closed from 12noon to 2pm. Maximum 4pax only No cleaning fee… clean as you go. No extra person charges… rate includes 4pax. cancellation policy applies; resched allowed. Airbnb charges not refundable. Free parking .... Swimming allowed on check-out day. The pool is closed for maintenance on Mondays. * Appropriate attire is required when using the pool. * Guests may not bring in pets of any kind. * No smoking inside the unit. * Additional swim band, max of 2, costs 250pesos per pax PER SHIFT. PLS DO NOT REMOVE SWIM BAND UNLESS YOU ARE DONE SWIMMING. * Additional expenses, like laundry expenses, spa charges and dining expenses at the beach club/bar, must be paid upfront.
