In the Perche, 1.5 hours from Paris, a haven of peace for guaranteed disconnection in this part of the world... Pretty renovated farmhouse with heated swimming pool without neighbors and a boules court. Perfect for moments for families or groups of friends. All childcare is on site as well as a playroom for children. The house overlooks a large 2000 m2 garden. All amenities are 10 minutes away and many activities are to be discovered in the area (Quad, Shooting, Kayaking, horseback riding, etc.) The space ***THE HOUSE*** The house is perfectly furnished and equipped for families with children or groups of friends The capacity is ideally 4 adults and 5/6 children-1/2 babies but it is possible to go up to 6 adults (3 double beds) and 5 children The house is structured in 3 parts: - On the ground floor in common: kitchen-dining room + living room-fireplace + veranda (playroom for children) - Upstairs: a landing with a TV for children and comics for adults/children, on the left a double bedroom (160 cm bed) with toilet and bathroom, on the right a double bedroom (140 cm bed) in a row that communicates with a children's bedroom (2 90 cm beds). - On the ground floor behind the living room: a large bedroom (140 cm bed) communicates with a bathroom with large bathtub and teak floor. This bathroom connects with another bedroom (140 cm bed). Upstairs from this room accessible by stairs, there is a last bedroom with two 90 cm beds ***THE LITTLE BONUSES OF THE KITCHEN*** - An ice machine that gives you ice cubes at will as well as an ice crusher - A perfect slicer for cutting sausage/bread/cheese - A nesspresso and a filter coffee maker - A multi-function robot *** ACTIVEN ACTIVITIES *** 8.5 m by 4.2 m pool heated to 28 degrees from early May to late September. For the little ones: - 1 Soulet brand gantry with swings and slide as well as a hut on stilts - 2 tractors, 1 tricycle, 1 Puky For the older ones: - Outdoor Cornilleau ping pong table - Set of Badminton rackets - 1 set of pétanque balls - 1 set of darts - 1 Molky *** FOR LAZING AROUND *** - 1 large fat boy - deckchairs *** BBQ & APERITIF *** - Do you want to continue the evening outside but it's a bit chilly? Use the outdoor fireplace/barbecue as a brazier. Wood is provided and allows you to make beautiful flames that warm the hearts. - Candles and other candlesticks allow you to have a soft light in the evening to contemplate the stars (the sky is particularly clear because there is very little light pollution) *** NETWORK: useful detail, even if you are in the countryside, 4G works very well (tested with Orange and Bytel). However, we provide a 4G key that broadcasts WIFI in the house. Guest access The entire house is freely accessible with the exception of the garage that we reserve and keep locked. Other things to note *** CHECK OUT *** A cleaning service is automatically included in your reservation. However, we kindly ask that you: - Group your towels/linen/duvet cover/pillowcases - Put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it before leaving - Place properly closed garbage cans in the outside bins behind the house (gray and green or orange and gray bins: general/organic waste in closed bags; black and yellow bins: recyclable waste (paper/packaging) in bulk.
