There is a spacious living area consisting of a comfortable lounge with a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for all your self-catering needs. The apartment has Two bedrooms, Main bedroom with a King bed and a Second bedroom with a queen bed. Both rooms share a bathroom. There is also 24-hour security and on-site parking for added peace of mind. Guest access Pool and Braai area Other things to note Please read important information / terms and conditions below: Arrival and Departure Times: Check-in: Between 14:00 pm and 19:00 pm Check-out: Between 06:00 am and 10:00 am Early / Late check in OR Early / Late check out fees will apply, a minimum of R500 to a Maximum of R1500; For Security purposes, the Complex requires ID copies of each Guest checking in and Vehicle details, minimum 10 days before check in; Only Guests as per the Reservation will be booked into the apartment; Refundable Security Breakage Key Deposit of a Minimum of R1500 to a Maximum of R3000 is payable via EFT 10 days before checking in; The Refundable Security Breakage Key Deposit will be refunded via EFT, after checking out, provided that everything is in order; 5 Working Days after Check out; Owner and Management are Not Liable for Any Injuries/Accidents; The Apartment to be used at your own risk; Children To Be Supervised at all times; The Apartment will not accommodate Hen, Stag or similar Parties; Please note, that No Parties are allowed in the apartment and in the complex; FREE Parking per night inside the complex at your own risk. (Only Swipe disc when the gate closes completely); Free Off road parking is also available, outside the complex at your own risk; Please note that Towels and Toiletries are not provided; Towels are available at an additional cost; No Visitors allowed; No Pets allowed; The apartment is strictly non smoking, smoking is allowed on the balcony only, and outside the apartment; All windows and doors are to be locked and appliances/lights switched off when out; Abide by Body Corporate rules, Read Body Corporate rules in the apartment; Pool - Swimming cap to be worn in pool, children to be supervised at all times; Braai area - R250 retainer deposit to be paid to the Complex office lady or Main Security Guard, once the Braai area is cleaned up by yourself, you will be refunded the R250 deposit; Maid service R300 per day, if cleaning service is required (laundry service is not included); We reserve the right to Cancel bookings if the above requirements are not met, with no refund.
