Our delightful and cosy house is just a stone’s throw away from Ryde Beach. It is perfectly situated to explore Ryde and is close to local transport links, shops, cafes, restaurants and attractions. Ideal for single travelers, couples or families looking for a base to relax and enjoy all that the Isle of Wight has to offer. The space A 2-bed Victorian semi-detached house in a local conservation area. The house, set over three storeys, has a well equipped kitchen, dining area, a cosy living room complete with 2 sofas and Smart TV, downstairs toilet and outdoor seating area. On the first floor is a well appointed double bedroom and a bathroom with a bath/shower. On the top floor is the second bedroom, this has a zip and link bed and can either be 2 single beds or 1 King size bed. Bedroom 1 - Double bed. Bedroom 2 - Zip and link bed that can either be 2 single beds or 1 King size bed. Guest access The beach front is a 2 minute walk. Ryde Esplanade is a 10 minute walk away. Ryde High Street and shops are also a 10 minute walk away. Parking - On street parking is available with a permit, please inform us ahead of your stay if you plan to bring your car and require a visitors permit. This is available for one car only, however, other parking is available around 5/10 minute walk away. Other things to note Contactless check-in and checkout. Please be aware that the stairs in the property are fairly steep and narrow and so this may not be suitable for very young children, elderly or infirm guests. Some amenities, notably for toddlers/babies, such as stair gates and travel cot, should be requested ahead of the stay. Finally, please let us know if you require Bedroom 2 as a King size bed or 2 single beds.
