Please read descriptions before inquiries. @villalantera consists of 2 houses: Rumah Pelita & Rumah Lampion, which are both located next to each other but with different entry gates. It is situated in a private housing complex so you can retreat from the hustle-bustle of big city and enjoy green cool Bandung climate; yet only 2 mins away from the main road. Perfect for family and small groups (MAX 25 people). However, we do NOT allow any noisy events, e.g.: SMA/Uni reunion & farewell parties. The space Location: Villa Lantera Bandung is located in a private housing complex with beautiful views of both Bandung city and mountains. It is very near to Lembang, where most of the popular tourist destinations in Bandung are situated. Easily type "Villa Lantera" as your location as we are already registered on online platforms. Amenities and features: Rumah Pelita is a 3-storey building in a roughly 700m2 land area. It has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of them being an ensuite bathroom. Rumah Pelita can accommodate >16 guests, UP TO 25 MAX with NO extra charge. We provide: - FREE up to 9 extra single beds (do notify us before booking how many of you will be coming) - FREE simple breakfast (loaf bread + jam) - FREE free-flow drinking water - FREE facilities across the road (please read our house rules below) - FREE BBQ pit & gas to be used during your stay - Basic amenities (blankets, 10 towels and body soaps) - Basic kitchen utensils (but please bring along your own cooking condiments, such as salt, pepper, oil, etc. as per your need) - FREE high-speed WI-FI - FREE parking for 6 cars More detailed configurations: 1st floor: Garage and outdoor parking area (up to 6 cars total), main entrance, side entrances, maid/driver bedroom & bathroom, living + family area with a piano, kids play area, pantry + dining area, both front and back kitchens, bathroom 1, bedroom 1 (3 single beds), terraces, gardens, fish pond, children playground, and vast outdoor areas. 2nd floor: Bedroom 2 (1 super king bed), bathroom 2 is ensuite to bedroom 2, bedroom 3 (3 single beds), bedroom 4 (2 double beds & 1 single bed), bathroom 3, Family area with a 70-inch TV & smart Xiao Mi Box, work/study space, and balcony. 3rd floor: Bedroom 5 (4 single beds), common attic area that can accommodate up to 9 single extra beds and 1 king bed. Guest access You will have the entire house to yourself during your stay. However, you will be sharing all the common facilities across the road (outdoor tennis court, table tennis, table football, pool table, and simple karaoke set) with the host and other guests if Rumah Lampion is booked (as mentioned earlier that Villa Lantera consists of 2 houses: Rumah Pelita & Rumah Lampion). Other things to note Please note that Villa Lantera is a private Airbnb stay, so some rules and facilities may differ from a hotel. ⏰ CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT •⁠ Check-in: 14:00 – 16:00 WIB (early/late check-in available upon request, at least 24 hours in advance) •⁠ Check-out: before 12:00 WIB (late check-out possible if arranged with host) •⁠ Detailed arrangements will be confirmed directly with host. 📜 HOUSE RULES (by booking, guests agree to all rules below): •⁠ Strictly NO pets allowed •⁠ No parties or alcohol •⁠ Smoking & vaping only allowed on terraces with proper disposal. Strictly prohibited in shared/common areas. •⁠ Quiet hours: 22:00 – 07:00 (please do respect our neighbours) •⁠ Do not move heavy furniture (beds, wardrobes, etc.) •⁠ Please maintain a good level of cleanliness and proper care throughout your stay. Any damages/lost items will be charged after check-out. •⁠ Do check your belongings carefully upon check-out. Villa Lantera is NOT responsible for any lost or left-behind items. •⁠ Illegal activities (e.g. narcotics, adultery, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
