Studio is insulated with noise resistant plasterboard to make it as quiet as possible to ensure a good night's sleep. - Close to all the action of the neighbourhood however quiet to get the rest you need. Fully-furnished and includes: Queen bed plus single bed. Both beds have memory foam mattress toppers for extra comfort. ☆Only the queen bed will be set up for 2 people unless requests are made for the fold down single bed ... (the coffee table will be removed from room to allow the single bed to come down) ☆A studio room has no bedrooms and one shared space only with your 2 or 3 guests and might not suit everyone with regards to getting changed etc ..... Contemporary small bathroom/wet room with walk through & rain head shower. (This bathroom size and style will not suit everyone or groups looking for apartment sized areas) Mini handmade kitchenette with utensils, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, toasted sandwich press, single induction cooker and electric wok, mini oven/grill. Handmade one of a kind rustic furniture. Cable/Foxtel TV Fresh linen, towels, shower gel provided.
