Outbuilding in a wooded garden

The accommodation is located on a condominium on a private street, in the famous New Town Hall district. A small outdoor area in our garden is reserved for you. It has good access to public transport (trams L1-3, 3 minutes' walk), the city center (10 minutes' walk), the sea (15 minutes' drive), and all shops. Guest access A small sunny exterior in front of the accommodation including table and chairs as well as a sunbed will allow you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate.
