Independent studio in wooded garden near Paris

My place is close to Paris (7 km), the A4 and A86 highways (5 min), a swimming pool, shops, the Marne, public transport (5 min walk), a cinema (5 min drive)... You'll love this place for its brightness, ceiling height, comfort, bucolic calm in a wooded garden independent of the main house. My studio is good for couples with or without a child and/or baby (swing, rope). The space The accommodation is completely independent of the main house. The studio is equipped with various kitchen items (fridge, microwave with grill, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, cups, dishwashing product, tea towels, coffee, tea...) ideal for breakfast as well as bed linen, and towels with shower gel and shampoo. Outdoor kitchen with 2-burner stove and summer lounge on the terrace. A TV with built-in DVD player, some DVDs available and some toys and children's books. Guest access You will access the accommodation by crossing the owner's house and a small garden. Other things to note The accommodation is non-smoking but it is possible to smoke outside on the terrace. The double bed (140 x 200) is on the mezzanine.
