This active family home has a single bed in a separate finished bedroom room with a desk and chair. There is a full window. Please park in front of the house, not in front of any neighbors. There is a back private entry into the lower level, by going around the left side of the house through the gate, and towards the middle of the back you will find the stairs down to the doorway. A key will be provided when needed for extended visits. The space There is a shared backyard that has a deck and patio where guests may relax. The neighborhood is very safe to walk at night or during the day. Guest access Guest have shared access to the lower bathroom, shower, family room, and backdoor. The shared access through the family room to the back door is used by the family. The guest room is for one person only, and we do not allow guests to bring in other guests. Other things to note We are an active family, so keep this in mind if family noise in the house might bother you. There is a fire extinguisher in the room. There is both wi-fi internet and direct cable connection if needed. The Ethernet cable is beside the table, and there is a pc monitor for use, a ceiling AC and heat vent that can be opened or closed as needed, a space heater in the winter for additional heat, extra blankets and sheets in the big closet (on right side in bureau).
