Located in a hamlet of 12 houses, you will enjoy a secure space of about 1 hectare. The town of St Michel en l'Herm, where you will find all the shops, is 1 km away and the beautiful sandy beaches are less than 10 km away by car. The space Rated 4* by the Vendée Departmental Quality Tourism Association, our charming, tastefully decorated cottage offers you the following services: On the ground floor: - large 50 m2 living room with fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room - a 10 m2 back kitchen with washing machine, sink, gas stove - self-catering toilet with handwashers For the night: *a bedroom with a 160 bed with dressing room, shower room and toilet * an extra bed of 140 for 2 people, open to the hallway Upstairs - one bedroom with a 160 bed - one bedroom with 3 beds of 90 - a shower room with WC Outside Indoor swimming pool 8x4m, depth 1, 35m, heated from May to September. For safety, the pool is equipped with a half-height dome (height 1 m above the water level). It is possible to swim in the closed dome but not to play ball games. - A northeast-facing terrace with views of the marsh and a southwest-facing terrace, each equipped with garden furniture - deckchairs - barbecue (charcoal not included) - large bowling green Other: - Baby bed, high chair - ping pong table - foosball - board games Rental period: April – October Weekend rental available (Friday 6pm – Sunday afternoon) Linens and towels can be rented: €50 for linens and €30 for towels, payable on site upon arrival. Weekly rental July-August, from Saturday to Saturday (check-in from 4pm - checkout 10am with inventory at 9:30am) Linens and towels are provided for weekly stays Pool maintenance and park mowing can be done on Sunday or Monday A security deposit of €1000 for weekly rentals and €800 for weekends and short stays will be required, to be paid upon arrival. It will be returned to you after your stay if no anomalies are found.
