Our place is very suitable for students and employees who study or work in Muntinlupa and near Parañaque, Las Piñas or San Pedro, Laguna. It is situated very near Ayala South Park and Starmall Alabang. The entrance point going to SLEX going north or south is also just a few kilometers away. Terminals are very accessible whether you are going north or south. The space Our place is very suitable for students and employees who study or work in Muntinlupa and near Parañaque, Las Piñas, San Pedro, Laguna or Bacoor, Cavite. Situated very near Ayala South Park and Starmall Alabang, reaching the terminal going north (Makati,Taguig or Quezon City) or south (Laguna,Batangas or Quezon) for commuters is very convenient as well. Acquiring food and other basic needs wouldn’t be hard too since the mall is less than a 5-minute walk from the unit building. Nearby places include: 7/11 convenience store and carwash. Guest access As of the moment, amenities are not yet available. We are hoping to have them available very soon.
