The apartment is located in a quiet place of Jurmala only 3.5km from the center of the Jurmala city (Jomas street – a pedestrian street). 30km (30min drive) from Riga old town. A train station is a 10min walk. The apartment is located on a first floor of a 6 apartment house and is one of 11 apartments available (4 house property). The apartment is equipped with all the necessary things for everyday living. Free WIFI is also available. The space “Raiņa sēta” (Rainis’ yard) is a building complex which was originally built in 1904. as a summer residence of Rainis – one of the most famous Latvian writers. One of the buildings is unique as one of Rainis plays “Uguns un nakts” (Fire and Night, 1905) was finished here. In 2019 “Raiņa sēta” was opened as a private family business of apartment and premises rental for special events. The complex consists of 3 apartment buildings and a house for culture events.
