Located in Paddington, ShopHouse is a community guesthouse perched above our intimate plant shop., The Plant Society. The perfect space to get away for a couple of nights as a staycation or a weekend getaway. We continue to keep ShopHouse open at this time for our community to relax and enjoy. Our Team are on hand for local tips and advice during shop hours too. The space Inspired by historic shop houses, where residents lived above their stores, ShopHouse residents will have their own entry via a laneway behind The Plant Society Outpost. On the ground floor are the kitchen, bathroom, living area and courtyard which are shared by our team during the day and entirely for guests in the evening. Waiting for you upstairs are two bedrooms, one of which has a private balcony facing out to William Street and beyond. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home by night. Our plant store is situated at the front of the guesthouse and is open weekends. Other things to note Due to the guesthouse being a heritage terrace there are some steep stairs so guests will need to take care.
