The 52 sqm Fully Furnished 1BR Condo are spacious and well design to give guests more comfort and relaxing stay. Can accommodate up to 5 guests per night. The space - It is 52 square meters with 1 private bedroom suite condo and large balcony that is facing Ayala Serin Mall. - The Unit is fully furnished and has everything you need: Air conditioned Bedroom - 1 queen sized US standard bed with dresser, 40-inch smart TV with cable, unique ceiling fan, pillows, bedsheets and comforter. Air conditioned Living room - 1 sofa bed, 55-inch smart TV with cable, cabinets and unlimited WIFI internet. Fully equipped kitchen - Refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, electric cooking range, wine glass, bread toaster, induction pots and pans, rice cooker, plates, cups and utensils. (We asked to please clean what you used) The use of the electric cooking range is for a minimum of 3 nights stay). Dining – Dining Table and chairs sits up to 4 guests Bathroom – Spacious bathroom with modern vanity washbasin cabinet and mirror, fully automatic washing machine, glassed door shower, water heater and towels. Balcony - We've set up the balcony with outdoor lounge chair, chairs and table for those who want to just hang outside. - Challenge your minds with our favorite traditional board and card games (chess and checkers, monopoly, word factory and playing cards) Guest access - Feel the cool breeze of Tagaytay at the ground floor Lounge Area and play around at the Children's Open Playground and Jogging Paths - There is a viewing deck at the 7th and 9th floor of the building with a breath taking view of the Taal Lake and Taal Volcano. 7th and 9th floors (open from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM) - Adult and Children’s Swimming Pools may use for a certain fees and payable directly to Serin Admin: (available daily except Tuesdays) (Be advised that the towel provided in our unit is in room use only) Weekday’s rate 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM - P100/guest; 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM - P150/guest Weekends rate 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM - P150/guest - Registered Guest only - Free parking available in front of the building Other things to note CHECK IN - We allow self-check in for guest arriving other than prescribed check in hours. Kindly coordinate for your convenient. ID is required during check in. DEPOSITS & CHARGES - A security deposit of Php 1,000 will be collected upon arrival and will be returned upon check-out, P1,000 fee will be collected for lost keys. Damage and stains to beddings, towels, and other room and items breakage will be charged accordingly. VISITOR - Endorsement letter will be prepared for all paid registered guests and will be submitted to Serin property management. Please inform us of any changes i.e names or number of guests. Only paid registered guests are allowed to use the amenities and access to the condominium unit. Friends and other visitors are only allowed in the lobby area. During booking, include the total number of adults as well as infants and children. We have a max number of guests allowed in the unit for your comfort. PARKING - Street parking only. Mall parking is also available from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. KITCHENWARE: Our fully equipped kitchen and utensil are available to use for your convenience. Please clean what you used. Wash and place kitchen items on the dish rack when you leave. APPLIANCES: Unplug appliances i.e rice cooker, kettle and toaster after each use. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit and exchange of fresh linen will be provided for long term stay. Cleaning service for long term stay can be coordinated. TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for garbage collection every day. Check the info book for hours of collection and please do NOT leave garbage outside the door. EXTRA PAX - There is an additional 300/pax after a group of 4 pax. We only allow a maximum of 5 guests per booking (no exception). SMOKING- Smoking is allowed in balcony area only. No smoking inside the unit. EATING- Please eat only in the dining and balcony area. No eating in the bedrooms as to not attract any insects inside.
