Charming house in Santo Antonio, in a rustic and authentic area, located in the heights of Funchal. The accommodation has a terrace where you can have lunch with fantastic views of the bay. The house is composed of 2 separate apartments. This listing is for the upper part of the house, which has a private terrace. The space Accommodation 15 minutes from Funchal. The accommodation has a main living/dining room with open kitchen area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has 1 double bed, the second 2 single beds. The maximum capacity is 5 exceptionally if there is a child (with use of the sofa bed in the living room) but the optimal use is for 4 people. It will therefore be necessary to plan to spread the shower intake between mornings and evenings. On the other hand, the bathroom is sloped so for people over 1m85, it's a bit complicated but remains usable. Basic and cleaning products are not included for the entire stay (toilet paper, laundry etc...). There will be 1 or 2 rolls of toilet paper to help out, but especially for long stays, guests will have to plan for this in their shopping. important point: toilet paper (and sanitary napkins/ cotton) should not be flushed down the toilet but in a trash can next to it because the local pipes are not suitable... and can get clogged. Finally: I rent this place and another just below. To date, they are to my knowledge the cheapest on the island on the Airbnb platform for this capacity.
