The lower unit bay duplex is located on the Balboa Peninsula, directly across from Bay Island and Balboa Island. It is 1-2 blocks to the beach boardwalk, ferry and Fun Zone. This unit sleeps up to 4 people but most comfortable with 2 adults and 2 kids with approx 740 square feet. From the living room, the French doors open out to an oversized front patio with a large table, chairs, BBQ, sofa and shade umbrellas. The nightly rate includes the city taxes. Housekeeping fee is separate. You will be able to access the lower unit, patio and back area where there is parking. Quaint neighborhood.. walkable to stores, shops, restaurant where you can enjoy walking along the scenic bay boardwalk. There is a ferry that you can access by foot, bike or car that takes you to Balboa Island from the Fun Zone area. second bedroom is accessed through the bathroom or master bedroom.
