The apartment offers comfort in three separate rooms, plus a new bathroom. Includes eat-in full kitchen, living room, and king bedroom with balcony. Includes unlimited and safe free parking. Dogs are welcome, but require $75 non-refundable pet fee. The space The apartment is a converted two bedroom staff apartment behind a beautiful 90 year old Mediterranean house. Originally, it had two bedrooms and one bathroom. We removed some interior walls and created a space of a small living room open to the kitchen. The remaining bedroom is adjacent to both. The bathroom is airy and features a standup shower, sink, vanity and toilet. Bathroom was recently redecorated with open shower and new sink and toilet. The space is light and has many windows to welcome the ocean breeze. It also features blackout curtains on all doors and windows. Guest access When you stay here, you will be the only guests, and the "back house" is for your exclusive use. Come and go as you please; to walk 1,000 feet to the beach, or help yourself to one of our bikes to sightsee throughout this very safe island. There is a bicycle trail along Lake Worth, a short walk in the other direction from the beach. Walk or bike to the north end of the island, 3 1/2 miles, or the Worth Avenue shopping district, equal distance to the South. Bustling "downtown" West Palm Beach is a short drive, walk or bike ride over a wide new bridge. Other things to note Once in the apartment, you will have ultra-fast wifi and 2 new "smart" tv sfeaturing Netflix, Amzon Prime and thousands of shows and movies to choose from.
