This 2-story family home is an old forge renovated with the charm of exposed stones and beams, where it's nice to stay! Meyronne is a charming village on the banks of the Dordogne, extending to the Causses du Quercy plateau. Quiet and pleasant, it is ideally nestled in the heart of a very touristy region. The space Close to the medieval cities of Rocamadour, Martel and Sarlat, the Padirac Chasm, the Lacave Caves... Many activities are within your reach: walks and hikes, canoeing, cycling, fishing, swimming, equestrian centers, tours, good restaurants, castles, museums... Access to all the rooms in the house. On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, living room - dining room, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a separate toilet. Outside, a green and sunny garden, shaded at the back near the cabin and a very friendly terrace. On the first floor: a quiet and bright bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink, separate toilet, a large and pleasant living room with fireplace and library. On the second floor, under the roof, two attic bedrooms one with double bed and the other with 2 possible beds, where children like to gather around their games. Warning: access via a ladder. Electric bicycles can be rented on request. Cleaning fee extra and mandatory Baby equipment upon request. No smoking. Long-term rental possible. In winter, heating fee to be paid on site.
