This is the basement of our home with a separate entrance so you would have that space to yourselves. It can sleep 6. The property is a short 15 minute drive to downtown. It is located in a private country atmosphere in the city and sits on 2 acres so a nice escape from a busy day. No need to try sleeping with the CWS parties lasting all night. Have fun and relax here around the fire pit. There is approximately 1/4 mile of gravel/ dirt road to get to the house and it can get muddy if it rains. The space There is a fire pit and patio for our guests enjoyment. The space is set up for entertaining with a custom concrete bar, foosball, and darts but also comfy for relaxing and watching a movie. We want our guests to have fun while staying here and have set the space for that. Our listing “country in the city 2” as well as “Sasquatch’s den” is on the same property and could be rented along with this property for a larger group. If you have a large group the basement can be rented along with our other to listings to accommodate a group up to 12.
