The apartment offers a comfortable and welcoming stay with pool and terrace, set within a quiet private residence with a swimming pool, just steps away from restaurants, all amenities, and everything our beautiful region has to offer in terms of authenticity: beaches, coves, and natural parks… The space A REAL LITTLE GEM Can Somni is located on a slightly elevated ground floor, accessed by a few steps and overlooking the quiet street leading to the entrance of the residence. The apartment has been recently completely redesigned and enhanced, in a boho-chic, soft and soothing style, where every detail has been carefully chosen to create an elegant and deeply relaxing atmosphere. The bright bedroom features a Queen-size bed (160 cm) with a new high-end mattress, as well as a large built-in wardrobe with sliding doors, entirely at your disposal. It opens onto a small terrace overlooking the quiet street of the residence — the perfect spot to enjoy the first moments of the day. The en-suite bathroom, fully renovated, now reveals itself as a true wellness retreat. In a refined and luxurious bohemian ambiance, it offers a walk-in shower, elegant fixtures, carefully selected lighting, refined storage spaces and wall-hung toilets. Everything you may need during your stay is provided: toiletries, hair dryer, bathrobes, body care products… for a moment of pure relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, Italian coffee maker, sparkling water machine…) opens onto a light-filled living area, recently redesigned with a new dining table, a new workspace, harmonious materials and refreshed décor. The result is a warm, fluid and welcoming atmosphere. The living area opens onto a large private terrace, where the outdoor flooring and paintwork have been completely renewed, inviting you to enjoy the afternoon sunshine and the gentle Majorcan evenings. For your comfort, Can Somni offers quality amenities: satellite TV, high-speed internet and underfloor heating. For families, a baby cot, children’s bed and high chair are available upon request. At Can Somni, special care is given to our youngest guests: babies are pampered like little kings, with thoughtful touches and lovely surprises designed for their well-being… and for their parents’ peace of mind. Bed linen and towels are, of course, included. Free and easy parking is available in all nearby streets. During your stay, you will also have access to the residence’s large swimming pool and its relaxation area, perfect for moments of calm and unwinding. The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid separately.
