Little Conigre is a delightful and luxurious cottage situated on the grounds of Conigre House, a Grade II listed town house surrounded by nature. The cottage is completely independent and ideal for a romantic stay or for a calming a retreat away from busy lives. The space Recently renovated charming cottage part of a grand Frome town house dated 1810. The property offers a quiet and secluded stay in the heart of Frome conservation area. Little Conigre is completely independent, has its own private patio and can be accessed through the main residence's private driveway with guests' parking space. The cottage also has a separate entrance via a hidden private passage leading right in the heart of the historic centre of Frome. With deVOL kitchen furniture, Carrara marble worktops and Viola Calcatta marble bathroom tiles the decor has been carefully considered in order to give guests a luxurious and characterful environment. Guests are warmly welcomed with local jams, marmalade, honey and can enjoy Nespresso coffee choosing from the available sample of capsules (please note that some of the complimentary items might differ because of Covid restrictions). Frette bedlinen and towels, Korres shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are also complimentary (please leave the refillable bottles). Babies and toddlers are welcomed at no extra charge. Unfortunately we can only accomodate children in a travel cot. This can be provided upon request at a small extra charge and includes sheets and a blanket. Toys and a few little treats are also provided at no extra cost. Little Conigre is located within a short walk to Frome's 'Cheese and Grain' music/entertainment venue and perfectly positioned for Frome's famous monthly Independent Market. Our property provides a great base from which to explore the local area including: Longleat Safari Park, Stonehenge, Hauser and Wirth International Art Gallery, historic city of Bath, Stourhead, Lacock Abbey, Glastonbury, Cley Hill, and various National Trust sites.
