Very quiet multicultural neighborhood, large deck to enjoy breakfast, private entrance, view of the sf bay bridge in front, view of West/Point Richmond in rear. Room is 430 sf, has a private bathroom, lots of closet and storage space, very clean, close to shopping, transportation, and dining. The space is a downstairs family room with a private bathroom, Access is thru a keyed sliding glass door on the rear lower deck. The floors are laminate flooring, there is a fire place but it is not usable. There is be one desk and chair, table, a full size bed, a queen size bed, a sofa bed, refrigerator, microwave oven, and coffee maker. Walls have been freshly painted white, plus there are new curtains and rods on the window and slider. Entry is thru the rear of the home facing 36th street, thru a sliding glass door. House sits on a lot that has a street in the front and in the rear of the home. There is no other access to the remainder of the home. We will send entry instructions the day before arrival. There is access to both decks. 5 Steps to come onto the property from the back street. 8 steps to walk up, to get to the lower deck where the entrance is. Property sits on an incline, walkway to room is inclined and not all surfaces are level. Stay may not be suitable for older guests. We will be available for help of any kind. Someone is usually at home. Neighborhood is in a small section of town called "Clinton Hill". Several upgrades to parks and streets have been made over the past few years. Parks have been upgraded because of young new family's moving into the neighborhood from San Francisco. Car or Uber/Lyft is the best way to get around. Grocery shopping is 1 mile away. Public transportation and freeway access is a block away. There are fitness centers, theaters, gambling casinos, restaurants and shopping malls within minutes. There is available curbside parking on 36th street. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room
