It has a roll-away bed for an extra guest and a 75in TV. The ID will determine the level of access you will have to amenities during your stay in the Villages. I can provide a Free Guest Pass (issued by the Villages) I will need the Names, date of births and addresses of each guest before arrival. The passes will be waiting when you check-in. Another option is the Resident card will be issued for a $50.00 fee. This gives the guest the ability to schedule golf tees times, access to the sports pools and identical benefits as a resident would have who lives full time in The Villages. We live close by and will be available for help or any questions needed. Located between the Town Squares of Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing, Enjoy FREE live entertainment every night at all the town squares, you’re sure to love having fun with friends and neighbors on the square! Come, stroll the shops and stores, sample the many dining opportunities indoors or out, and as always, expect a place “where good friends come to gather for a great time!” You will be within a 1.5 mile ride to either Town Square or you can choose to rent a golf cart and explore on selected roads and paths. You can also use your car and be prepared to navigate the roundabouts. Entry is a keypad which we will provide the access code prior to arrival so check in is contactless.
