A paper lease agreement is concluded in two copies *The ad states that the check-in time is "flexible". This means that we will meet you at the apartment and hand over the keys from 2:00 p.m. (or you can check in on your own. The apartment will be fully prepared for your arrival and the keys will be in the mini-safe). If you need early check-in (before 2pm, this service is PAID and discussed IN ADVANCE. FREE check-in is possible only after 2:00 p.m. (before 12:00 p.m. the guests who lived in the apartment before you check out, the studio is fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival) After 2:00 p.m. EVERYTHING IS READY. If you want to check in earlier, the service is negotiated in advance. Check-out before 12:00 (LATE check-out is also POSSIBLE for an additional fee and is negotiated in advance). * Only the number of guests listed on the booking can be accommodated in the apartment; * A security deposit of 3000₽ is required at the time of your check-in. It is returned upon departure; * The apartment has a fire alarm, smoking is PROHIBITED in the apartment and on the loggia; * The apartment is not rented for parties; * We kindly ask you to keep quiet at night (from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.).
