20pax Hill Top Villa (G Floor) , Genting Highland

Our wonderful villa is the only villa that can fit 20~40 pax along Genting Highland. The villa is located at mountainside of Genting Highland, it's surrounded by cold air and no AC needed. It's easily accessible with walking distance of 10min to Premium Outlet and Sky Avenue(cable car station to Genting Highland), and also bus stop for bus which come from the whole country. If you like to enjoy cold breeze fresh air with family gathering or team build up, this will be a great place for you! The space Our house is a double storey villa, you can rent either a level (can fit 20 pax) or a whole villa (can fit 40 pax). If you are planning to have team building, activity, private event, ceremony which needed a huge space, we will suggest you to rent the whole villa so that you have the whole place to arrange. The villa is built accordance with the hill, when you arrive, you will first reach to the upper floor (G floor) of the villa, when walking down to staircase beside the villa, you will reach to lower floor (LG floor). Both floors have their own private entrance. If you have elders and infants guest, we will suggest you to book G floor to avoid climbing staircase. The front yard at G floor is huge enough to park 5~6 cars, this space can also used for outdoor BBQ area, easily set up some tables and enjoy the grilling in the cold air. A 4-level high old pine tree is standing at the common area right of the entrance gate, an elegant England tea table set and some pine wooden chairs are setting up under it. It’s time to sit here, have a cup of morning coffee with your favourite sweater, or gathering with your old friends with thousands of stars. You can also sit on our swing and take some wonderful pictures. There have 3 big rooms, 2 private bathrooms and 1 shared bathroom in G floor, and also come with kitchen, dining room, living room, meeting space and 2 balconies. Karaoke, Mahjong and Lammy are available, you can bring your own pot to have steamboat gathering, or use our grill to enjoy BBQ.
