My house is a duplex house. The ground floor is consists of a 2 bedroom flat with bedrooms located on opposite sides of the house for privacy. The second floor is a 1 bedroom flat. This is ideal for multiple families or a large groups of friends requiring privacy at different parts of the house. Another wonderful advantage of my house is its proximity to many great restaurants. Many really cool places are within walking distance, yet the neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet. Grocery store, trendy shopping stores, restaurants, bars and clubs, gym, hiking trail, are all within 10 minute walking distance. Balboa park, and San Diego zoo are within 10-20 minutes walking distance, so you can save a lot of money on parking fees. Free dedicated parking spots are available. My house is also equipped with air conditioning and heating unit which makes for a comfortable stay in the summer/winter. Each room also has ceiling fan and ceiling light. Subscription to Hulu +, Netflix, and Amazon Prime streaming service are provided for your entertainment. Early Luggage drop off in available. Please ask me for details of how to access my secured storage closet ahead of time for dropping off your luggage early. Not only the neighborhood is a very safe and upscale, my house is very safe and secure with electronic smart locks on the entrance door. I change the code to the electronic lock in between each guests for added security. That makes for an easy check-in as well. Other things to note Please note: I live on the property in my own separate section, and I am available in case you need me. Otherwise, I won't bother you and we may not even see each other at all.
