The space The newly renovated luxury Villa Tengguli enjoys an absolutely prime location directly on the sea. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. The whole villa is modern, spacious, bright and furnished with high-quality furniture. The cozy terrace offers a wonderful view of the ocean from sunrise to sunset. The own Infinity - Edge pool is, with a length of 20 meters, the largest in the region. The garden is laid out in terraces and offers many places to relax with its shady palm trees and tropical trees. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa and on the terrace. Guest access The living areas of Villa Tengguli are very spacious. The entire living and dining area offers an unobstructed view of the 10-meter high impressive traditional - Balinese roof construction made of artfully woven Alang-Alang. The double roof construction ensures natural cooling of the living area due to its ventilation. The 3x20 meter terrace is surrounded by a 1m wide fish pond, which is stocked with tropical aquatic plants and is home to many goldfish. The terrace, as well as the living area, offer many cozy seating options. In the early morning you can watch the rising sun from there and in the evening the rising moon against the imposing backdrop of the world-famous Rinjani volcano on the neighboring island of Lombok. The huge terraced garden is planted with a variety of exclusive, exotic trees and plants such as Ilang-Ilang, papaya, mango, bananas and palm trees. Through the garden there is a path lined with flowering plants to the sea. It has several platforms where you can start the day with yoga or meditation or watch the sunset in the evening. The 20 m long pool offers a water lounge area (lounging and relaxing zone) in the pool, which can also be used for non-swimmers. At the lowest point is the largest pool in the Amed region 3 meters deep. Due to its only slightly chlorinated water, the pool is pleasant even for a long stay. The suite "Sunrise" is the largest suite in the villa with just under 30 square meters. The attached bathroom is about 9 square meters and is modern. The "Oceanfront" Suit is the second largest suite in VillaTengguli, with just under 25 square meters. The suite "Orchidee" is the smallest suite with just under 20 square meters. Both have an attached, private, fully equipped bathroom. Built on both sides and towards the sea, the floor-to-ceiling folding doors create an open atmosphere and allow access to the garden or terrace from all rooms. All beds are four-poster beds equipped with mosquito nets and high quality mattresses. All suites have air conditioning. Other things to note The house is built to the western standard of earthquake proof. As usual Balinese houses, Villa Tengguli is not child-proof. Therefore we recommend that children be at least 8 years old.
