The space The newly renovated luxury - Villa Tengguli is in an absolutely prime location right on the sea. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. The whole villa is modern, spacious, bright and furnished with a high standard furniture. The cozy terrace offers a wonderful view of the Ocean from sunrise to sunset. The private infinity edge pool, with 20 meters in length, is the largest in the region. The garden is landscaped in terraces and offers plenty of places to relax with its shady palms and tropical trees. Free WiFi is available throughout the villa and on the terrace. Guest access The living areas of Villa Tengguli are very spacious. The entire living and dining area offers an unobstructed view of the 10-metre-high impressive traditional Balinese roof construction made of artfully woven Alang-Alang. The double roof construction creates a natural cooling of the living area by its ventilation. The 3x20 meter terrace is surrounded by a 1m wide fish pond, which is stocked with tropical aquatic plants and houses many goldfish. The terrace as well as the living area offer many cozy seating areas. In the early morning, from there you can watch the rising sun and in the evening the rising moon in front of the imposing backdrop of the world-famous volcano Rinjani on the neighboring island of Lombok. The huge terraced garden is planted with a variety of exclusive, exotic trees and plants such as Ilang-Ilang, papaya, mango, bananas and palm trees. Through the garden there is a path lined with flowering plants to the sea. This offers several platforms where you can start the day with yoga or meditation, or watch the sunset in the evening. The 20 m long pool offers a water lounge area (lounging and relaxing zone) in the pool, which can also be used for non-swimmers. At the lowest point, the largest pool in the Amed region is 3 meters deep. Due to its only slightly chlorinated water, the pool is pleasant even for a long stay. The suit "Sunrise" is the largest suite of the Villa with almost 30 square meters. The attached bathroom is about 9 square meters and modernly equipped. The "Oceanfront" suit is VillaTengguli's second largest suit with just under 25 square meters. The suit "Orchidee" is the smallest suite with almost 20 square meters. Both have an attached, private, fully equipped bathroom. Built on both sides and towards the sea, floor-to-ceiling folding doors create an open atmosphere and allow access to garden or terrace from all rooms. All beds are 4-poster beds that are equipped with mosquito nets and high quality mattresses. All suites have air conditioning conditioning. Other things to note The house is built to a western standard's nature reserve. As usual, Balinese houses, Villa Tengguli is not child-proof. Therefore, we recommend that children should be at least 8 years old.
