Tower-Villa with a view : A place to remember forever The space Not for the tourists seeking just "a space to stay". This beautiful Eco-friendly and 100%fossile free Villa is truly special. Situated in one of Stockholms highest geographical points. The pictures does not come close to reflecting the great views and the feeling of "living on the top of the world". The "Tower-villa" is a unique place. Newly renovated 2022. Solar panels, new windows, new fridge & freezer + new oven. A home, not a hotel-room. Not perfectly fixed in all details but with qualities beyond any standard hotel experience. . The residential area of Mälarhöjden in southwestern Stockholm blends a functionalist or international style with garden city ideals. Its location and many stairs makes it unsuitable for families with younger children. Guest access The villa is yours on your own. 3 floors. You will have access to all the 4 bed-rooms. (2 of them suitable for adults - double beds, 1 for adult single bed, + 1 for 3 persons in an ordinary single bed, +2-3 in extra beds. .. We have a studio-flat in the basement. The tenant in This flat might once a week or so use the laundry room that is down the stairs from the Villa. She does not have Any acess to Any other room in the Villa. You just lock the door from your side when you need to use the (newly renovated) laundry room. The tenant has her own entrance, kitchen, bathroom etc. The house is not suitable for younger kids because of all the stairs. It will be neat & clean when you arrive. We expect you to leave it the same way. Easy access to swimming, small beach, kayaking, cycling routes, and nice restaurants. Only 3 minutes to the Metro taking you straight in to Old Town (takes about 20 minutes). We will give priority to weekly/monthly rentals. Other things to note Will be neat and clean when you arrive. We expect the same when you leave We will provide bed clothes / towels and do the laundry (after your departure).
