Hey! This apartment (65 m²) right at the Attersee with a private lake property (145 m² and a 9 m² landing stage) just 60 meters away from the apartment awaits you (the beach is just for our guests and is not shared with anybody). The apartment is very bright, but still cool inside during the summer months. The apartment and the lakefront are next to the Attersee-Landesstraße, so you should be careful with small kids. Traffic is only allowed to drive 30 km/h, but at times it can still be noisy. The space The apartment is on the second floor and provides awesome views. The private lake property with private lake access (ONLY for you, not the whole house) is only 60 meters away. The apartment itself is very bright, but still cool in the summer months. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment and the private lakefront are both next to the Attersee-Landesstraße, so you should be careful if you have small kids.
